COVID-19 is a storm and it will pass.  But will your organisation weather the storm?

Ships at sea that survive storms don’t survive if the skipper and crew act the same way they do in calm weather.  Batten down the hatches, put on foul weather gear, check safety equipment, trim the sails and steady the course.  The boats that do nothing sink!
