Travelling by car:
Exit the M42 at Junction 6 and head for the large roundabout.
Take the fourth exit if you're travelling south, or the second exit if you're travelling north, onto South Way. Take the second left turn onto Pendigo Way and follow the road. At the roundabout take the first exit to continue onto Pendigo Way. Follow the road and the hotel will be on your right.

Sarah Cripps, Founder of Salad Skills
Sarah founded Salad Skills, an apprenticeship recruitment and consultancy business in 2012. During lockdown, when the recruitment
side went very quiet, Sarah felt a new sense of balance and was curious to see if other business professionals were experiencing the same. From her research many cited innovation, gratitude, changed habits and balance too. The Big Balance Theory podcast
was launched in November 2021 and each month a business professional opens their heart and mind to share their lockdown journey. Each interview offers an inspiring insight into new ways of working and living.
Amina Hussain, Co President of Asian Business Chambers of Commerce.
Amina Hussain is a multi-award-winning specialist in forensic accounting, taxation, and practice accounting. She is the
founder and director of SME Outsourcing, an accountancy firm in Birmingham, and is the first British-Bangladeshi to become the Vice President of the Asian Business Chambers of Commerce which is part of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce in
34 years.
She has over 24 years of experience in accounting, finance and insolvency previously working for KPMG in their Corporate Restructuring Department. Amina provides business advisory services locally and internationally and during the pandemic, she offered
a voluntary service to all local businesses supporting them with claiming furlough and business loans and grants.
Amina was named one of ten Leading Businesswomen of 2021 by the CIO Times International. She won the Signature Awards Businesswoman of the Year in 2019 and the British Bangladeshi Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2020.
As a mentor and coach, Amina guides young people on their future career paths in all business sectors. Amina is currently setting up an accounting academy to provide education, training, and qualifications to young people to gain employment opportunities.
She has also recently joined The Leaders Council of Great Britain and Ireland where she is able to participate in conversations and take part in round table discussions which are heard at parliamentary level to make potential changes to UK government
policies and legislation such as taxation policies.
